TERMS OF SERVICE

FULL RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rental Terms: The Renter must meet all eligibility requirements, including having valid identification and being at least 18 years old.

Rental Fees and Payment: The Renter agrees to pay the rental fee and any additional charges specified by the Company before the rental period begins.

Security Deposit: The Renter agrees to provide a security deposit at the start of the rental period. The security deposit will be refunded to the Renter, minus any applicable charges, upon return of the motorcycle and its accessories in the same condition as at the start of the rental.

Damages: The Renter is responsible for any damages to the motorcycle and its accessories during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. Pre-existing damages should be reported before rental. Prompt notification of any damages or accidents is required.

Loss of Income Due to Repair Work: If repair work is required due to damages, the Renter will compensate the Company in the amount of 500 baht per day for any loss of income incurred during the repair period, up to a maximum of 10000 baht. An additional administration fee of 10% of the total repair work costs will be added to the final amount.

Liabilities: The Renter must comply with all laws and regulations while using the motorcycle. The Company is not liable for any damages or injuries arising from the rental, except where prohibited by law.

Responsibility for loss or theft: The renter agrees to pay the full market value for any loss or stolen motorcycle and must immediately report such incidents to the Company and file a police report.

Early return: If the Renter returns the motorcycle before the end of the rental period, no refunds or adjustments will be made for the unused rental time.

Maintenance and Care: The Renter must return the motorcycle in the same condition. Any alterations or damage caused by misuse or negligence will be the Renter's responsibility. The Renter must only fuel the motorbike with Premium unleaded 95 petrol and return the motorcycle with at least the same amount of fuel from the start date of the rental. Failure to do this will result in a refuelling fee of 100 baht which will be deducted from the Renters security deposit or billed separately. Helmets must be returned free of cigarette smoke and marijuana odor. Failure to do this will result in a 100 baht cleaning fee.

Indemnification: The Renter agrees to indemnify the Company for any damages or losses resulting from their use of the motorcycle.

Noncompliance and Termination: The Company may terminate the rental agreement and take legal action in case of noncompliance by the Renter.

Insurance: The company will offer mandatory medical insurance coverage of 30,000 THB, as mandated by law. This coverage extends to individuals holding a valid international motorcycle license or Thai motorcycle license. However, the renter is accountable for any deductibles or costs not covered by the insurance in the event of a claim made with the company.

The Company highly encourages the Renter to seek their own insurance coverage or take necessary precautions to protect against potential financial losses resulting from accidents and damages during the rental period.
