Rental Requirements:

a. To rent a motorcycle, you need a valid Passport.

b. If required, you must show a valid motorcycle license and International license from your country. You must also be at least 18 years old.

Security Deposit:

a. You need to pay a partial security deposit when booking.

b. The initial deposit is 2000 THB, with the rest paid in-store.

c. Full payment of the security deposit and rental fee is due on the first rental day.

d. The security deposit is non-refundable, except as stated in our cancellation policy.

Changes and Cancellations:

a. Any changes to your booking must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

b. If you cancel, you'll lose your security deposit, unless:

i. You cancel at least 7 days before the rental start date to receive a full refund, minus any bank charges incurred by us. Your refund will be deposited within 14 days. 

ii. The cancellation is due to circumstances like severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond your control, in which case you may get a partial or full refund.

c. If we cancel your reservation due to reasons like mechanical issues or unavailability, you'll get a full refund or an alternative option, subject to availability.

Payment:

a. We accept credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and cash payments. b. Deposits are refunded in the same currency as the initial payment and can be made via credit or debit card.

Rental Terms:

a. You'll receive our standard rental terms separately.

b. By booking and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.

Availability and Model Substitution:

a. Motorcycles are subject to availability.

b. If unavailable, we may offer a comparable model or alternative arrangement, subject to your approval.

Liability:

By booking and paying the deposit, you accept responsibility for your safety and others' while operating the motorcycle.
